小型圓柱螺旋拉伸彈簧（碳素鋼） GB /T 1973.2 - 2005
碳素彈簧鋼絲制造的彈簧的基本尺寸及參數(shù)
材料：彈簧材料直徑小于0.5mm, 并規(guī)定使用GB/T 4357 中B級(jí)鋼絲或YB(T)11中B組鋼絲。當(dāng)采用YB(T)11中B組鋼絲時(shí)，需在標(biāo)記中注明代號(hào)“S”。若采用其他級(jí)（組）別的材料，由供需雙方商定并在標(biāo)記中注明。
制造精度：彈簧的剛度、外徑、自由長度按GB/T 1973.1 規(guī)定的3級(jí)精度制造。如需按2級(jí)精度制造時(shí)，加注符號(hào)“2”， 但鉤環(huán)開口寬度均按3 級(jí)精度制造。
旋向：彈簧的旋向規(guī)定為右旋。如需左旋應(yīng)在標(biāo)記中注明“左”。
鉤環(huán)開口寬度：彈簧鉤環(huán)開口寬度a為0.25D~0.35D。
表面處理：采用碳素彈簧鋼絲制造的彈簧，表面一般進(jìn)行氧化處理，但也可進(jìn)行鍍鋅、鍍鎘、磷化等金屬鍛層
及化學(xué)處理。其標(biāo)記方法應(yīng)按GB/T 13911 的規(guī)定。
彈簧的其他技術(shù)要求按GB/T 1973.1 的規(guī)定。
